A wedding in the snow. Not something you get to do every day, even if it's winter or not. It was a cold day, during the day it was about -8°C. So we had to go inside a couple of times to warm up. It certainly has been awhile since i have posted something here.

This session dates from December 2009, Max, 11 months old then. Not easy to take pictures cause Max wanted to explore everything and hardly sat still. But the harder it is to take pictures, the more you learn. This session was done at home, so the baby would be more comfortable.

I was really looking forward to the first maternity session for me, but the weather was not really cooperative. So we had to reschedule a couple of times. But finally yesterday we were lucky and went to Hoogstraten (Begijnhof) to make some nice pictures. These are among my favorites. You can see more here.

About 2 weeks ago i participated in a shooting day, in a castle. Normally i shoot outside, so this was something quite different for me. I used a portable softbox together with a speedlight (nikon SB-800). I really like the results, and hope to do this again.

I have never seen such a good looking boy with bright red hair and blue eyes, like Witse. Only 4 yrs old and not camera shy at all. We went to a forest to shoot some pictures. You can see some of the results in the slideshow.

A first boudoir/lingerie shoot for me. I've been wanting to do a shoot like this for a long time, and when these 2 ladies asked me, i could not resist.
We were all a bit nervous at the beginning, but after a while, both ladies turned out to be real models and enjoyed the shoot. The shoot was done in a hotelroom (Best Western, Turnhout) and i used a small softbox for extra light with my Sb-800. I really like how these turned out and hope to do this kind of shoot again soon!
